Carboka connects real-world energy and production data with machines, batches, products and suppliers – turning carbon information into measurable operational improvement.
Carbon data is only useful when it can guide improvement.
Many organizations can collect energy figures and report emissions. The harder challenge is connecting that information to the machines, production events, batches, products and suppliers that teams can actually improve.
Disconnected data
Energy, production and carbon records often live in separate systems, time periods and ownership boundaries.
Missing operating context
A carbon value without process, output, state or batch context cannot explain where improvement should begin.
Weak improvement evidence
Without a baseline, reporting period and defined method, teams cannot clearly compare what changed and why.
What is Carboka?
A carbon productivity system built around operational reality.
Carboka is a carbon productivity system that connects energy, production, product and supplier data.
Carbon productivity asks how effectively operations turn energy, time and production resources into useful output with lower carbon impact.

CONNECTING LAYERConnect machines to products and suppliers.
The longest process is not always the largest energy user. IE+E relates process time and attributed energy to the same product. Keep style, size mix, batch rules, quality and IE-standard version visible; a faster machine can move the bottleneck or increase work in progress.
The same electricity can produce different product performance.
Teaching assumptions: same product, size and energy boundary; one machine at 6 kW for one hour uses 6 kWh in each batch.
A
6 kWh · 50 Good pairs
0.120kWh / good pair
B
6 kWh · 40 Good pairs
0.150kWh / good pair
Batch B uses 25% more energy per good pair than A. IE+E helps brands connect electricity to process, quality and output when discussing improvement with suppliers.
This is not a customer result. Finished-product processing energy in international product ECO cannot be compared directly with whole-line electricity; a changed boundary needs an appropriate baseline.
Separate imported IE standards, factory declarations and measured events. Pair-level footwear tracing needs product or batch IDs, station events, aligned time and quality records; a counter alone is insufficient.
Carbon x Kaizen
Bring carbon performance into continuous improvement.
Carbon x Kaizen starts with measured operational data, connects energy to production context, and uses evidence to guide, verify and scale improvement.
Include energy cost, carbon value, production impact and evidence in investment decisions.

Manufacturing energy management: connect equipment states, work orders, production and quality to energy. Current demonstrations include start/pause/resume, quality reporting and frozen batch-energy records.
Site energy management: compare premises, zones, equipment, operating schedules and parent/submeter relationships. Keep electricity, estimated cost and electricity-related emissions separate; incomplete periods remain marked.
Measurement and verification: connect plans, instruments, baseline models, changes, reporting data, review and released reports. Client and analyst workspaces show authorized project records.
