Why Carboka
Better operations. Clearer carbon decisions.
Carbon x Kaizen connects the discipline of continuous improvement with the reality of energy, production and carbon data.
The starting point
Data becomes useful when it explains an operation.
An energy total can tell you how much was consumed. It cannot, by itself, explain the product mix, operating hours, changeovers or useful output behind that consumption. Carboka connects those relationships so a team can ask better questions and evaluate an improvement in context.
Energy in context
Relate a meter or energy record to a machine, line, process and operating period.
Useful output
Choose a meaningful output measure: good units, accepted mass, completed batches or another agreed denominator.
Evidence for decisions
Keep the source, assumptions, calculation method and review status attached to each result.
Carbon productivity
A relationship, not a universal score.
Carbon productivity asks how effectively an operation creates useful output in relation to its carbon impact. A result is only comparable when the output definition, boundary, time period and emissions method are consistent.
Energy intensity and carbon intensity are related but different. A lower energy figure does not automatically prove a lower carbon footprint: the energy source, applicable factor and production conditions also matter.
- Define the output and boundary before calculating.
- Keep measured, calculated and estimated data distinguishable.
- Review changes in production conditions before claiming improvement.
Brand and delivery
A shared method, grounded in field technology.
Carboka is an independent international brand owned by ATSAVE Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Carboka provides the brand framework, improvement methods and data relationships. ATSAVE provides field technology, ATSAVE Cloud and implementation capability.
The initial scope is defined with each organization. Measurement and operating views depend on the installed equipment, available data and configured services; product attribution, supplier views and human-reviewed AI recommendations remain development areas.
Common questions
Make the distinction clear.
Is Carboka a carbon-offset program?
No. The focus described here is operational measurement and improvement. This website does not sell offsets or make carbon-neutrality claims.
Does a dashboard result count as verification?
A dashboard can present evidence. Verification requires an identified reviewer, method, scope and review record. “Verified” should only be used when that supporting process exists.
Where should a first project begin?
Start with a bounded operational question, a responsible owner and a useful output measure. The data-readiness checklist helps identify what can be evaluated with the records already available.
Your next step
Start with one operational question.
