Who is responsible?
Carboka is owned by ATSAVE Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The company operates this website and handles information submitted through its contact form for inquiry follow-up and website administration.

What we collect and why.
- Contact form: name, email, optional organization, inquiry type and the message you choose to provide. We also record the submission time and your acknowledgement of this notice.
- Purpose: review and respond to your inquiry, arrange a requested discussion, and manage related follow-up. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
- Security: the form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The application does not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record.
- Technical operation: the hosting provider may process access and security logs, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser information, to operate and protect the service.
Storage and access
Where the information is handled.
Inquiries are stored in the website’s restricted WordPress administration area hosted by Hostinger. Access is limited by administrator permissions. If notification email is enabled, the designated Carboka mailbox receives a submission reference and an administration link; the notification does not include the message contents.
The current hosting environment is in the United States. Website administration and inquiry follow-up may also take place in Taiwan. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Retention
Keep information only while it is needed.
Website inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 180 days. The scheduled task runs when WordPress processes its scheduled jobs. Copies needed for an ongoing business relationship, legal obligation or agreed project may be retained separately for that purpose. Provider logs and backup copies follow their service retention schedules.
The short-lived identifiers used for submission limits expire within one hour; receipt references expire after one day.
Your choices
Ask about, correct or remove your information.
You may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, or restriction or cessation of its use, subject to applicable requirements. Choose “Privacy request” on the contact form and describe your request. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting.
You can browse the guides and download worksheets without completing the form. If you choose not to provide a name, valid email or message, the form cannot accept an inquiry and we cannot respond through that route.
